Donna Dawson (BA Hons, MSc) is a psychologist specialising in personality, behaviour and relationships.

She covers a wide variety of subject matter to explain how a person’s behaviour and choices reflect back on their personality, including money habits, food choices, colour preference, and other lifestyle choices.

Gaining her credentials at the prestigious Brandeis University (Massachusetts, USA), Manchester University (England), and Goldsmiths College, University of London, she has gone on to cover a wide variety of subject mater to explain how a person’s behaviour and choices reflect back on their personality, including money habits, food choices, colour preference, and other lifestyle choices.

Donna advises large consumer-oriented companies on the creation of lifestyle surveys as well as analysing the results, producing reports, quotes, personality types, quizzes and convention speeches where required. (right), a lawyer and entrepreneur, we strive to provide legal guidance rooted in ethical principles while committing 10% of our profits to charitable causes.


 

Donna on the small screen

Donna’s extensive work in TV began with a show called The Agony Hour for UK Living TV, which ran from 1992 to 1997. It was the first problem-solving programme of its kind on British television, and those appearances led to her becoming a fixture on the small screen ever since.

From breakfast shows such as Sky Sunrise and ITV’s predecessor to Good Morning Britain, Daybreak, to becoming the resident ‘Sexpert’ (giving advice on sexual problems) on This Morning for two years, her on screen broadcast career has taken in BBC World News, BBC News 24, SKY News, Channel 5 News, ITV London Tonight, Big Brother’s Little Brother, The Heaven and Earth Show, and The Wright Stuff.

Donna in print

For several years Donna had a page called ‘What Your desk says about you’ in the Business section of The Guardian, and undertook the same analysis for British Telecom magazine for two years. She also provides quotes for PR consumer press releases, and create quizzes based around personality types.

As a former Agony Aunt for several major women’s magazines, including Company for ten years, Donna also has a wealth of knowledge about sex and relationship. She was also an advisor to Parents magazine, giving advice to parents on children aged under five. She also writes health and medical articles, and is the author of the book ‘Female Cancers: The Treatment Options’ (Piatkus).
