He has extensive experience across a broad variety of corporate transactions and sectors – and the added benefit of having been on both sides of the fence, as a client in some instances and as a professional advisor in others.

John Mawhood

John Mawhood is a consultant solicitor with PURPOSE specialising in corporate and contractual action plans and structuring for growing, enhancing and protecting value in: truth grounding data, intellectual property assets, data protection compliance, and strategies to maximise legal protections and risk mitigation internationally.

John has advised corporate clients and entrepreneurs with a number of London City law firms and is a law tech company founder.
